About the Builder
Hi - I'm Gary Lauria - the owner of Lauria Builders & Land. Twenty-five years ago, shortly after graduating from college, an opportunity was presented to me to become partners with a very successful and talented builder in northern New Jersey. I had worked for this master builder throughout high school and college, now he was offering me a career doing exactly what I loved most - building. This relationship led to my ownership of the company. My wife and partner in business, Susan, has been a part of my building success from the beginning. She has worked in every aspect of the company from the office, to site work, and all real estate related tasks.
We have built our company based on the values, craftsmanship and integrity taught to me by an old-world builder. Since 1994, we have continued this same practice and quality here in Colorado. We are members of the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau of Colorado Springs; Home Builders Association of C/S; National Assoc. of Home Builders, & Pikes Peak Assoc. of Realtors.
